{"id":24434,"date":"2015-09-27T12:59:13","date_gmt":"2015-09-27T12:59:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alp-wp.lndo.site\/2015\/09\/27\/fwd-training-in-zambia\/"},"modified":"2015-09-27T12:59:13","modified_gmt":"2015-09-27T12:59:13","slug":"training-in-zambia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/alp-wp.lndo.site\/2015\/09\/27\/training-in-zambia\/","title":{"rendered":"Training in Zambia"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div class=\"gmail_default\" style=\"font-family: arial narrow,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">Thanks for praying!<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_quote\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">I leave Eswatini today, Sunday, 27 September, for a week in<br \/>\nZambia.\u00a0 I will be facilitating two,\u00a0two-day modules to 40 pastors in a Training of Trainers context.\u00a0 These church leaders will come from several\u00a0parts of the country, and a spectrum of differing denominational groupings.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">I will be teaching \u201cQuality Servant Leadership,\u201d a course\u00a0that focuses on the revolutionary leadership style of Jesus and other early<br \/>\nChristian leaders.\u00a0\u00a0 It\u2019s not a popular\u00a0concept among leaders, but desperately needed to get us away from the\u00a0self-centered, power-based models common in political, business, and church\u00a0structures. Then we\u2019ll cover \u201cMoney Matters: God\u2019s Answers to Poverty,\u201d a\u00a0course that continues to have significant impact across the region.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Pray for safety in travel, a huge dose of strength and\u00a0energy, as well as effectiveness that serves God\u2019s glory and purposes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Please pray for Mary Jean, she continues to carry a \u201cway too\u00a0heavy\u201d load of responsibilities as classroom teacher (Grade 1 &amp; 2),\u00a0director of New Life Children\u2019s Homes, and financial administration for New\u00a0Life Homes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Thanks,<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">PETER<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thanks for praying!
